GRACTOWN RESIDENCE

Nearing completion on the Gracetown renovation project.

Conceptual renders for our latest project. Using @twinmotions software we are able to develop almost photo quality conceptual images and video for our Design and Drafting work, helping clients visualise every detail before the build takes place.

The clients brief included a new carport, shed with work area and Powder room on the existing residence which was already a carefully considered architectural design.

Detailed stonework and exposed timber beams with natural hardwood floors and skirting round out the existing design, new plans require the upstairs powder to tie in with the current design of the home and continue the same themes.

Beautiful hand drawn Architect plans from 20+ years ago provided challenges to accurately model the plans along with moving internal timber frame walls, new dormer style roof and installation of new skylights adding natural light to the upstairs bedrooms.
